Fantastic manager / owner, staff and breakfast!

The room was clean, and the entire staff was extremely helpful. Emad was the absolute best! He is the best source of information on the city, and overall the sweetest person. He is willing to help you with anything you need. During my stay, he even organized a free bus tour of the important sites in Marsa Matrouh. I’m not sure if he does this often, but Emad definitely will go the extra mile for his visitors. Book this place if you are looking fro a quiet, clean, and welcoming atmosphere in Matrouh.

I loved it all.

The staff was very friendly. They help you in such a nice manner wih your trip during and after your stay. Furthermore the location is perfect (with a nice sea-view); close to the beach and near downtown. In addition, my room was clean, comfortable and had a nice balcony. The bed was good with plenty of pillows and a nice matras. I would definitely recommend this place!

2 things could require some adjustments. First is the shower. The shower head is fairly low which makes it not very comfortable for people taller than 1.80 cm. Moreover, the shower sink does not flow sufficiently and the bathroom tends to get very wet due to a lacking shower curtain. Secondly, the breakfast is decent but not great and not subject to change, so I would not recommend daily usage, but overall no big worries.

Adriática Hotel exceeded our expectations. It was clean and for Egypt that is a BIG plus. The owner is very attentive and super helpful. We highly recommend it!

Frist of all, staffs and manager of this hotel were extremely nice. Their services would be remembered for long in my heart because it was truly sincere. Every time they welcomed us with gentle smile in the reception desk, and were agreeable on our requests; arranging taxi and late check-out, etc. Manager can speak English fluently, so there were no miss communication. What's more, they didn't want any compensation for their services such as writing comments on trip advisor. So far, I've experienced lots of hotels desperately asking us to leave decent comments about them, and it made me feel uneasy.. But this hotel, Adriatica, is totally different on the way they treated us. They were always courteous but they let us feel comfortable at the same time. It's one of the best services I've ever got in middle east countries. Although it's location is quite far from the agiba beach(it took over 20 minutes to go by taxi), their attitudes towards customers and cleanliness of room cover this drawback. Besides, some people might feel it's not a drawback at all, because it's near down town so you can easily go to grab a bites from the nice sea view point restaurants and see the sunset on the shore. Regarding the facilities, it's not modern but still cozy and fine compared to the rates of this hotel.

Great hospitality.. Friendly staff.. Good price.. Good location.. I found a kettle and mini fridge in the room and that's was cool. I think things there are more than what I expected in comparison to the price.. And at the last day they gave us a nice gift ☺️.

TV was very small.

Very good value. Clean, comfortable room. Worth getting a suite room if you can, the extra room makes a big difference if here for any length of time. Staff very friendly and knowledgeable about local area. Close to good beaches but also close to town centre.

If you have not stayed at a traditional hotel in the region before don't forget your flip flops as the bathroom is more of a 'wet room' as is common in Egypt.

It was the one of the best hotels i ever stay in. The team was highly corporate ,smiley and friendly . The hotel location is very good and behind the most famous places in Matrouh. I advise any one who will visit Matrouh to stay in this hotel

Owners and staff are very kind, friendly and helpful Basic, but comfortable and cosy room with good bed, fridge and free tea and coffee maker. Immediate solution to maintenance problem. Excellent value for money.

The staff exceeded my expectations with their kindness and exceptional Egyptian hospitality, the view overlooking the bay was gorgeous and the room was a comfortable size. There was instant hot water and room service available. A free tour of two popular attractions was arranged for us which exceeded our expectations. Adriatica made my stay unforgettable.
